She assembles editorial teams based on the specific requirements of each production, ensuring that the right talent is matched to it's creative and technical needs, guaranteeing to meet the expectations of the production and directing teams, both in terms of creativity and efficiency and meeting agreed deadlines. This approach provides a strong technical and artistic foundation, allowing the editor to focus on shaping the dramatic structure, rhythm and unique identity of each story.
